LDI Welcomes Albert Thigpen as Chief Operations Officer
A thought-leading healthcare executive, Albert brings a track record of success to LDI
(St. Louis, MO. August 17, 2017) LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services is pleased to announce Albert Thigpen has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Albert will develop and deploy disruptive and differentiated products and services that empower clients with actionable data insights and engage plan members with tools and information to take charge of their health.

Albert is well-known throughout the industry with 20+ years of experience within pharmacy benefit management, retail pharmacy, integrated delivery models, and managed care organizations. He brings a strong track record of delivering tangible shareholder value and operating results through forward-looking strategic development, passionate leadership and direction, extensive merger and acquisition expertise, and repeated success in operational excellence.
Albert recently served as SVP of Industry Relations and Supply Chain Management at Catamaran, where he was a key contributor to the growth and success of Catamaran, a $17 billion corporation acquired in 2015 by OptumRx. Prior to that, Albert held leadership positions at CVS Caremark, HealthNet, Kaiser Foundation Health Plans, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is a licensed pharmacist and an esteemed graduate of the University of Toledo (UT).
